I love them. Such underrated cars.

Understated, underrated, beautiful, powerful, and comfortable. Not to mention relatively reliable and cheap to maintain. What's not to like?

To me, this style of Q45 has not aged well.

My favorite old Infinitis are the original grille-less Q45, and the '03-'04 M45.

But the badge isn't german, so dumb nosy people won't think you have money.

So, another advantage.

Understated exterior, luxurious interior, smooth ride, and really low prices in the used marketplace. I love it. Every now and then, I think about buying one.

Cheap to maintain aside from the headlights. They're a fixed unit and cost $600-1000 to replace.

I actually quite like that. Except the clock. The clock must go.

Good car, but ugly. Love the headlight projectors.

Once upon a time there was a guy on Homemadeturbo.com that turbocharged an early Q45... and it was glorious! That is all.

Is it just me, but do cars that were once nice as such now just look sort of drug-dealerish?

I had a 1 gen Q back in the day. Your right that engine was AWESOME!!! I sort of wish I could buy another one and make it a project track car. Problem is that 4.5 had zero support. No aftermarket heads, cams, or intake many.

I like the Infiniti clock, but this one just doesnt look like it fits. Mabye its just in the wrong location.

It is a shame really, they are super overbuilt! Would be great if it had the support.
